For any Profile that falls below our standards, we will restore to your account the credits you used to acquire this Profile. The bottom line for you is that you get what you paid for.

How Do I Get My Credits Refunded to My Account?

If you have a Profile that qualifies for a credit, you can submit it to Member Support in your Contact Manager.

  1. From your Virtual Office Main Menu, select Contact Manager.
  2. Click on the Profile ID number of the Profile you are requesting credit for.
  3. You are now in the Contact Details page.
Here's how easy it is to request your credit for bad phone contact information; please be sure to consult the information to the right of the page to verify what does, and what does not, qualify for credit reimbursement:
  1. Click on Request Credit tab
  2. Select Reason for Refund from first select box
  3. Provide a brief explanation
  4. Click Submit
